Privacy policy

The controller of personal data submitted through codinet.pl is the team running this website. For data-related questions, write to: kontakt@codinet.pl.

Through the contact form we collect: your name, email address, optionally your phone number, and the content of your message.

Like every website, we also receive standard technical data from your browser (IP address, browser type, visit time). It is recorded in server logs solely to keep the site secure and working correctly.

We use the data from the contact form for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote if relevant. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, covering steps to enter into a contract and the legitimate interest of the controller (responding to a person who contacted us).

We don't send newsletters, we don't profile users, we don't sell data and we don't share it for marketing with any third parties.

We keep contact form messages for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact with you. After that they are deleted, unless cooperation is ongoing or the law requires longer storage (e.g. accounting records).

Your data may be processed by the server infrastructure provider hosting the site (as a data processor, under a data processing agreement). We don't share data with any other parties.

We don't transfer data outside the European Economic Area.

You have the right to: access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict processing, transfer it, and object to processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time if it was the basis for processing.

To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@codinet.pl. We reply within 30 days.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

codinet.pl does not use marketing or analytics cookies. We don't use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or similar tracking tools.

Only technical cookies necessary for the site to function may be present (e.g. remembering your language choice). These don't require your consent under applicable law.
